make install がめちゃくちゃに

Lua のソースコードをダウンロードしてきて、Makefile を以下のように書き変えてやった。

これで make mingw して make install したら、前は上手く行ったはずだったんだけど、さっき実行したら、プロンプトではディレクトリができてるみたいな表示なのに実際に見ると Luabin やら Luainclude のようなディレクトリができててちゃんと階層構造にならない。何故 ?
